4 Steps to injury control

Clockwise: the right side is before training. The left side during training. 

A) Characterize the injury: find the exact problem spot;

B) Find the fault in technique leading to the overload. What is the cause?

When training starts:

C) Improve technique;

D) Heal the injury.
